The #96 chassis has undergone a remarkable transformation, transitioning from a Chevrolet Camaro to a Toyota Supra during the off-season.
This newly designed car will make its debut at the Sydney 500, kicking off the season with a bang! And the excitement doesn't stop there; it will also grace the tracks at the Melbourne SuperSprint, Townsville 500, and The Bend 500.
Macauley Jones, the driver behind the wheel, shared his journey, stating, "It's been a long road, but seeing the finished product makes the wait worthwhile." He continued, "Racing the Supra is a milestone, not just for me but for the entire Supercars community."
And this is where it gets interesting... AlphaTheta, a brand distributed by Jands, will be featured on the car. AlphaTheta made an appearance on Bryce Fullwood's Chevrolet Camaro at The Bend 500 last year, supported by Shure.
Phil Muffet, Jands CEO, highlighted the synergy between AlphaTheta and Toyota, emphasizing their shared Japanese heritage and commitment to engineering excellence. He believes Supercars provides a unique platform for AlphaTheta to reach a new audience, especially the next generation of creators and musicians.
